Working Principle

At the moment when pneumatic conveying ejector is started, the compressed air with a certain pressure will eject from jet nozzle with a high speed and form a jet stream. At this time the jet stream will absorb and carry air in accepting room during the moving process and form a certain negative pressure in the accepting room then there is a certain pressure difference between hopper and accepting room. The materials enter into the accepting room under the pressure difference and enter into hybrid section under the effect of absorption and carrying effect of jet stream. In the hybrid section, the gaseous and solid materials are mixed further, and then enter into pneumatic conveying pipeline after being pressurized in diffuser and are transported away.
