Multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a high-efficiency cone crusher with world advanced level and it is developed by introducing the latest technology from Germany. Through the unique crushing chamber designed with intergranular lamination principle and the matching rotary speed to replace traditional single-granular crushing principle, this machine can realize selective crushing and the crushing granularity is even.
The double-direction over-iron releasing hydraulic cylinders can let the iron ores smoothly go through the crushing chamber, and when there is over iron inside the crushing chamber and the machine suddenly stops, the hydraulic cylinder will automatically discharge the materials, thus avoiding the stoppage for maintenance which is required for spring cone crusher. The crushing cavity adopts high-performance non-contact labyrinth sealing part, thus improving the reliability of the powder dust blockage and reducing the iron pollution and the abrasion cycle of the equipment, plus the unique thin oil lubricating system equipped on the machine, thus significantly extending the service life of this equipment.
