Moisture content of materials after drying can reach 1 to 0.5 % or below. It is one of the wet materials drying equipment, which is highly efficient and energy-saving product improved on the basis of single-cylinder rotary dryer. After application of various enterprises and industries, three-drum dryer has achieved good results and well received by various customers. Three-drum dryer has improved internal structure of monocular dryer, which prolongs the time of pre-drying of wet materials and wet materials in the machine, thus improving 50% to 80% of production capacity compared with original monocular dryer.

1. Equipment investment is only 1/6 of foreign imported products. Triple-drum dryer is made of 16Mn steel plate whose service life is 3 to 4 times longer than common steel plate.
2. Self insulation efficiency of cylinder is as high as above 80%, which greatly improves thermal efficiency to 45%. (thermal efficiency of traditional monocular dryer is just 35%)
3. Fuel of three-drum rotary dryer can be coal, oil, gas, etc. It can dry block, granular and powder materials with the particle size of 20 to 40mm.
4. Three-drum dryer can easily control the moisture content of materials after drying according to customers' requirements, which can be as low as below 0.5%.
5. It's without rack wheel transmission, but uses riding wheel drive, which is of smooth operation, high running rate, less maintenance, low cost, etc.
Three-drum dryer has such advantages as compact structure, simple structure, reasonable layout, etc, which can improve heat exchange rate of materials and thermal energy and make materials drying effect better. What's more, it has low basic investment, which is 1/2 of monocular dryer with same output. Meanwhile, three-drum dryer easily realizes automatic control and reduces operators, which saves labor resources.
